MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
We endeavour to dispatch your order on the date ordered.

Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, select the area you want us to deliver to (so we can determine the delivery charge)

For deliveries to UK including Scotland & Northern Ireland we charge £5.99 for shipments up to value of £200 and £20 for shipments over £200 in value

For other areas we ask you to contact us and agree a shipping price. You then enter it in the 'Other Areas Shipping Price' box and submit your order.

At Check out click on 'Please enter your name and address before proceeding to payment area' and you will be asked for your address and the delivery address. Then click on 'Click to go to Check out area to pay by credit card'

You will be shown to the check out area where you can pay by most credit / debit cards.

Your payment will be activated when we despatch the goods and not before.

FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.

Your payment details will be processed in the secure environment provided by Barclaycard Business Services ePDQ system. ePDQ protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use ePDQ your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

TAX CHARGES
Where appropriate, VAT is applied to the products on this site and is included within the prices shown. Our VAT Registration Number is available on request.

RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Providing it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been used other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the postage.
